Why the closet keeps filling up

Most churches aren't holding onto old equipment because they want to. They're holding onto it because nobody wants to be the one who sent a hard drive out the door with something sensitive on it:

So retired PCs, old servers, and worn-out production and AVL gear sit in a closet for years. We make it safe and simple to let it go.

How it works

  1. Free on-site intake. We walk the space with you and inventory every device by serial number and asset tag before anything leaves the building.
  2. Secure transport. Equipment travels directly from your campus to our staging area, recorded against the intake inventory.
  3. Data sanitization following NIST SP 800-88 guidelines.
    • Hard drives: full overwrite with verification
    • SSDs: controller-level sanitize / secure-erase commands, never just a reformat
    • Failed or unresponsive drives: physical destruction, photographed next to the serial number
  4. Triage. Each item is routed to resale, redeployment through your ministry's benevolence work, or responsible recycling through certified downstream recyclers.
  5. Closeout within 14 business days. You receive a Certificate of Data Sanitization & Destruction, an itemized ledger of every unit, and your settlement.

Two simple options

Option 1

Consignment

We sell what has resale value and send the church 70% of net proceeds (after marketplace fees), with sales comps and a full ledger.

Option 2

Full surrender, $0

Your finance team doesn't have to process small, irregular checks. Title transfers to us at no cost, and we donate 1–2 refurbished workstations back to the church for benevolence, student ministry or preschool use.

Either way: zero upfront cost, the same sanitization process, and the same written closeout.
