What we collect
When you send a request we collect your company name, your name, your work email, your docs link, your package names, your repository link and anything you write in the form. If you ask for the free AI docs check, we collect your name, your work email, your company, your docs link and your product or SDK name, and we mark the entry as a free check so it is kept apart from paid requests.
What we use it for
To reply to you, prepare a quote, do the work you ask for and send invoices. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
What we read about your SDK
Only public material: your public docs pages and your published package files. We read the package files; we never run them. To run the before and after check, we send questions about your SDK, and the drafted files, to AI model providers. We do not send them your contact details.
Where it is kept
Form entries are held briefly by our web host, Cloudflare, until we copy them to our own systems, then deleted there. Anything we never pick up is deleted after 30 days. Invoices are handled by Stripe.
How long we keep it
As long as we work together, and for as long as tax and accounting rules require for invoices. Ask us to delete your details at any time, unless we are required to keep them.
