This policy covers the Text Permit Desk pages on speaksconsulting.org and the information you send us to register your business for texting. Speaks Consulting ("we") is based in Leander, Texas.
What we collect
The details you enter on our form: your name, email and phone; your business's legal name, EIN, address, website and type; how you text customers, example texts, and how customers sign up. We do not ask for, and do not want, your customer list.
How we use it
Only to prepare and submit your texting registration, to fix and resubmit it if needed, to run the monthly check if you choose it, to invoice you and to contact you about your registration. We submit your business details to your texting provider (Twilio) and, through it, to The Campaign Registry and the mobile carriers, because the registration requires it.
Where it is kept
Form answers are held briefly in private storage at Cloudflare, which hosts this site. We download them, they are then deleted there, and anything not downloaded is deleted automatically after 30 days. After that they are kept in working files that only Speaks Consulting can open. Invoices are handled by Stripe.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your information for marketing. We share it only with the services named above, to do the work you asked for, or when the law requires it.
Text messages
We contact you by email. We do not send you marketing text messages, and we do not share mobile numbers with third parties for their marketing.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are working on your registration or monthly check, and afterwards only as long as we need it for our records and taxes. Ask us and we will delete what we do not have to keep.
