The service
Text Permit Desk, a service of Speaks Consulting, prepares and submits a texting registration (an A2P 10DLC brand and campaign) for your business, fixes and resubmits it if it is rejected, and, if you choose it, checks your setup monthly.
What you agree to
- The details you give us are accurate and you are allowed to register this business.
- You will only text people who agreed to get texts from you, and follow the wording and opt-out rules in your registration.
- Your texting provider account is in your business name and has your own payment method. You pay its fees, including carrier and registry fees, directly to the provider. We never pay these fees on your behalf, and they are not refunded by the provider if a registration is rejected.
No guarantee of approval
Approval is decided by the carriers, The Campaign Registry and your texting provider. We cannot guarantee it or control how long it takes.
Price and payment
The registration is $249 for one brand and one campaign, resubmissions included. We invoice you after the registration is approved; payment is due within 15 days. If the registration cannot be approved, you owe us nothing for it. Our invoice covers only our fee, never your provider's fees. The optional monthly check is $29 a month, invoiced monthly, due within 15 days, and you can cancel any time by email.

Limits
Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the service in question.
